Pure London, the infinite wonder fair.





Tive o prazer de comparecer a uma das maiores feiras do mundo na área do retail. Uma amostra das colecções que aí vêm de designers e marcas de todo o mundo. Corredores e corredores de vestidos, streetwear, sapatos, jóias, malas e tudo o que se pode sonhar. Uma feira destinada a buyers, stylists e imprensa, que durante 3 dias não parou. Sempre com bastante afluência, contava ainda com seminários e desfiles das marcas presentes.
E assim que entrei, dei de caras com duas marcas portuguesas, a Miau Frou Frou e White Tent, andei mais um bocadinho e avistei Katty Xiomara. E pelos vistos, tinhamos mais de 10 marcas presentes. É bom ver que as marcas nacionais investem em feiras importantes como esta e competem a este nível.
A área que mais me fascinou foi o sector SPIRIT, que era onde co-habitavam as marcas de moda jovem. E com tanto talento, só me apetecia fazer compras infinitas. Um local a não perder para jovens designers, marcas que estejam a começar, lojas que queiram boas colecções ou simplesmente quem quiser conhecer coisas novas.

I had the pleasure to be present in one of the biggest fairs in retail's world. A sneak peek of collections that are coming of designers and brands all over the world. Galleries and galleries of dresses, streetwear, shoes, jewellery, bags and all you can dream of. A fair meant for buyers, stylists and press that during 3 days didn't stop. Always full of people, still had seminaires and runaway shows going on.
And soon as I walked in, I found two portuguese brands right away, Miau Frou Frou and White Tent, i walked for a little bit and had Katty Xiomara in sight. And by the way, there were more than 10 portuguese brands there. It's great to see that national brands invest in this kind of shows and compete at this level.
The sector that I loved the most was called SPIRIT, where young fashion brands co-habited. And with a lot of talent all around, I was in a mood to have an infinite shopping spree. A place not to miss for young designers, brands that are giving their first steps, stores that want good products or simply someone that wants to know new things.
